We have the information that Germay (AEG ID) are producer of the chip, can you please tell us witch country does the chip belong to? Could you look at your database to find the owner of that dog? I've looked at TASSO and Petmaxx but the chip is not registered. I got an information that the producer of the chip is from Ulm AEGID and i would need to know to which veterinarian the chip was sold to , so i could contact the veterinarian and see to whom he sold the chip. He should have the name of the owner in his computer , and that's what we're trying to find out.

AEG ID Ulm has a homepage, even on English. The domain name is aegid.de There you find the e-mail address and the phone number of the chip manufacturer. Ask directly and beg for support and/or information?

Hab ich schon, die Dame am Telefon hat mich gebeten ihr die Nummer des Chips zu mailen, das kann ein bischen dauern bis eine Antwort kommt.

actually we try the most possible; Ricalein sent your request via e-Mail, and now the dristributor is trying to locate the chip (if it has been registered at all; some people have chips implanted but forget about the registry; in that case, the chip would be useless).
This will take some time.

It depend upon the way they are used, if the Doc uses these without sence, it can happen, that an old chip is used later and an new one in the beginning. Normaly they are supposed to be registerd and with the registration u are able to find the Dog. But there have been cases in Germany, where the chip has been implatet but not registerd, so that chip cannot be found

Producer must have information about sold chip, mistake of vet is that they don't put chip in central base. Vet must have information in own base what chip they implatet in dog. This same problem exist in Croatia.
